Article 19 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights protects every person’s right to freedom of expression, including the right to disseminate their opinions and to hear the opinions of others. Thus, Article 19 prohibits state censorship.
However, freedom of expression is only protected within the framework of other human rights. It finds its limits when it violates the honor of other people or calls for the violation of their physical integrity or their freedom.

Nothing comes by itself. And very little lasts. Therefore, remember your strength and that every era demands its own answers, and one must be at its peak if good is to be achieved.

Dear Ms. x,
In the family matter involving … I am writing to seek your help and support.
It is a fact that my ex-wife … and my children … reside within your jurisdiction.
Furthermore, it is a fact that for … years, … has been alienating the children from the entire family, including parents, grandparents, and myself, through deliberate lies, fantasies, and grotesque fabrications.
There has been a latent risk of suicide by my ex-wife, including extended suicide, for years. This has been repeatedly announced in front of witnesses, including the well-known author C.T. I have sent multiple risk reports to xxx without receiving a satisfactory response.
Please consider this letter as another risk report in the family matter involving x.
Due to grotesque lies intended to damage my reputation as a doctor, my ex-wife deceitfully obtained a police certificate, which has already been invalidated by the General Prosecutor’s Office in Munich*. She used this to legitimize the years-long abduction and alienation of the children from all family members, misleading and instrumentalizing them. The prolonged, deliberate isolation of the children from the entire family by my ex-wife poses a significant risk to their physical and mental well-being, as they only have social contact with their mother and can only emulate her negative social behavior.
Please address this matter, initiate a much-needed psychological evaluation of xxx, and determine whether the unjustly awarded sole custody, based on fantasies and lies, should continue to the significant detriment of the children.
Sincerely
One of the countless emails from my ex-husband
