Whoever initiated the blocking of tweet dissemination on Twitter, Do you think you can make the issue disappear this way? They simply locked Gustl Mollath away; what do you plan to do with me? I can provide legally sound, undeniable evidence of corruption reaching the executive levels of major German companies and institutions. Someone just needs to take a look!

Everyone has the right to freedom of opinion and expression; this right includes the freedom to hold opinions without interference and to seek, receive, and impart information and ideas through any media and regardless of frontiers.

I am still waiting for a public apology from the bank’s board for the incidents in Innsbruck, for the loss of my inherited jewelry, and for all the harassment I endured, not to mention the high costs. But who likes to admit their mistakes? I expect an apology from the judiciary, which so obviously allows itself to be manipulated, sweeps aside women’s rights and victims’ rights with a single ‘not credible,’ conducts court proceedings without me and my lawyer, ignores our evidence, and then accuses me! The #abuseofpower must end!

I will not give up. I can provide legally sound evidence for all the claims I have made here. I can prove that neither the Tyrolean nor the Munich Bar Association, neither the Ombudsman of the bank or the DAX company, nor BaFin in Germany or FMA in Austria have ever responded to my clear evidence (except with standard letters)! The criminal complaints filed by my lawyers and even the criminal complaint by the Austrian Victims of Justice Assistance Association against these individuals were ALWAYS dismissed without comment. After #Wirecard and #Cumex, etc., we European citizens are no longer surprised. We have gotten used to a lot. And we know by now that one can even become the German Chancellor despite such issues.

I will continue to advocate for democracy, for the right to be heard, for women’s rights, and the rights of victims of injustice. #metoo was just the beginning.
