Complaint about your former investment advisor/banker Mr. xxx at the UniCredit branch in Innsbruck, Maria-Theresien-Strasse
Dear Ms. xxx,
In the aforementioned matter, a legal dispute is already being conducted at the Innsbruck Regional Court under file number xxx.
The main issue in this matter is the demonstrably grossly negligent behavior of your former colleague, Mr. xxx. So far, your bank has failed to provide any statement in court regarding the guidelines that bank employees must adhere to in order to protect consumers/bank customers. Bank Austria in Innsbruck has since terminated Mr. xxx’s employment. I must assume that this termination is related to Mr. xxx’s conduct in my case.
Since the general terms and conditions of UniCredit regarding the supervisory duties of your employees are not informative in this case, I assume there are strict internal regulations that must be observed. I request that you provide these to me.
For this reason, I have contacted the Financial Market Authority in Vienna (Mr. xxx). To comply with the regulations of the Financial Supervisory Authority, I am obligated to present the complaint to you, the Ombudswoman, once again. Your response will then be submitted to the Financial Market Authority for further review.
