… I suspect you reached out to me because of my book “State Crime – The Mollath Case,” published in February 2021. In it, I highlighted the nefarious role of HypoVereinsbank, now UniCredit Bank, and the criminal behavior of the judiciary to show citizens what is possible. If it weren’t documented but merely discussed, it would not be believed.
It is distressing: Even the judiciary can be bought. These are exceptional cases, but one must be aware of them. Proving this, of course, is extremely difficult, especially given the appearance of legal correctness generated by prosecutors and judges. However, personal relationships or political influence can also lead to a wrongful judgment.
I am familiar with such cases and others where it seems plausible. Naturally, I cannot confirm that your case is such an instance. But it is possible. In July 2021, another book of mine was published, “Greed, Cronyism, and Collusion – The Secret Financial Machinations of Strauß, Kohl, and Kirch.” It highlights the obedient and reprehensible behavior of the involved banks.
