The case of Gustl #Mollath casts a long shadow over UniCredit Bank.

The Mollath case represented a new and outrageous dimension of scandal. For the first time, violence was used to silence someone.

Dr. Wilhelm Schlötterer: Staatsverbrechen – Der Fall Mollath

Certainly, my case is a few sizes smaller, but the basic principle works here too: allegedly corrupt bank employees at the UniCredit branch on Museumsstrasse in Innsbruck (my letter to the management of UniCredit in Munich informing them about the incidents in Innsbruck was never answered), suspicion of judicial bias in Innsbruck (my ex-husband works as a court expert at the Innsbruck Regional Court) … and the key witness is best silenced through criminal charges (this is the x-th criminal charge against me by my ex-husband). And it’s also about a few million.
I am not in a psychiatric institution. But if I travel to Austria, I will be arrested. Then I will be convicted of serious fraud because Prosecutor P. has already convicted me, without ever conducting an investigation, without ever considering the whole story. If she did, she would quickly realize that this construct is completely pointless, utterly absurd, and unfounded. That’s why she doesn’t hand the case over to Germany. She would probably cover herself with a mantle of failure. And then all the illegal entanglements of my ex-husband with UniCredit in Innsbruck would come to light. That is what they want to avoid.
Of course, my ex-husband also tried to portray me as incompetent. He does not tire of claiming that I have been mentally ill since childhood, a borderline case, a danger to myself and my environment, especially to my children. And if not that, then at least an alcoholic, but in any case an incredibly good liar! There must be something! This stereotype is, like so many known stereotypes, very practical. For ex-wives who know too much or vice versa. Gustl Mollath’s ex-wife claimed she was abused.
Stereotypes are always good for shaping opinions, especially in court.
After having to undergo countless examinations by various psychiatrists and psychologists in the custody dispute, after the youth welfare office observed us for months and at least 15 police (false) operations took place – my ex-husband was deprived of joint custody.
A circumstance that is not very common in Germany.
I am still being slandered, denounced, and intimidated. After the psycho-narrative was not possible, he tried to assign me the role of the cold-blooded liar and fraudster. Another possible stereotype that one likes to apply to ex-wives. Prosecutor P. immediately picked this up.

Tell her that if she withdraws the lawsuit against UniCredit, I will withdraw the criminal charges against her.

WhatsApp message from my ex-husband to his children:

Neither of these stereotypes represents my reality. I only realized much too late what kind of man I had been married to for many years. I was reluctant to leave my comfort zone. I looked the other way, always had excuses for him, covered for all the strange stories. And most importantly, I ignored my gut feeling.

I didn’t leave him until it was already too late. Much too late.

Psychopaths are the social monsters of our time. Those who are married to a psychopath or have children with them often experience the full range of psychopathic behavior, from humiliation and narcissism to psychological and physical violence. Especially in court, psychopaths attempt to use their manipulation techniques particularly effectively.

In the general public, this mental disorder has become quite well-known. The ZEIT publishes weekly comments and articles on the topics of narcissism and psychopathy.

Only in court? There, this topic seems completely foreign.

No one who has not been caught in this whirlpool of manipulation and destructive intent can believe or even remotely understand it.

When psychopaths are involved, facts no longer matter. They are capable of acting in such a brazen and provocative manner and pushing their interests so forcefully that officials are blinded by their manipulations and feigned concern, turning a blind eye even to documented acts of violence. The greatest actual weakness of psychopathic characters here becomes their greatest strength: their ruthlessness and lack of empathy and compassion.
