Subject: Corruption Suspicion Among Employees of UniCredit in Innsbruck – Grotesque Proceedings at the Innsbruck Judiciary

Dear Dr. Huber,
To whom does one turn when deprived of their democratic rights in Austria? I do not know. However, as I am a German citizen, I am also reaching out to you and am sending my letter to the German Ambassador in Vienna, hoping that a dialogue can finally begin.
Unfortunately, I now have no other recourse but to go public, as the situation I find myself in is utterly absurd. And because it is so absurd, it seems no one believes me. The time for silence is over.
I have endured a disastrous divorce. In the year xxx, I had to flee with my three children from xxx. Without your German colleague from the Foreign Office, Mr. xxx, this would not have been possible.

Even after returning to Germany, the terror from my ex-husband continued in a different form—unabated to this day:
Part of my story revolves around forged signatures at UniCredit in Innsbruck. In anticipation of our divorce, I had separated my accounts from his (without any power of attorney). Additionally, there had been a notarial separation of property for a long time, which was also known to the bank.

This led to another, still unresolved, trial that has become a judicial scandal involving corruption, false statements, and gross procedural errors that continue to be stubbornly ignored by the Supreme Court in Vienna.

To support his misconduct, my ex-husband filed several criminal charges against me. There is suspicion that Prosecutor P. in Innsbruck is being massively manipulated by my ex-husband and is unwilling to understand the connections. I presented her with verifiable documents proving various other criminal actions by my ex-husband, which have been ignored to this day. I suspect my ex-husband filed charges against me to undermine my credibility as a witness to his suspected fraud (including insolvency fraud).

He also publicly stated that if I withdrew the lawsuit against UniCredit Bank, he would have the charges against me dropped. Prosecutor P. is aware of these statements.

Prosecutor P. not only initiated an unjustifiable house search in Germany (without any results), but she also refuses to transfer the case to Germany, where it can only be dismissed since I am the only victim in this madness. Yet, both my ex-husband and Prosecutor P. accuse me of fraud. This is beyond grotesque.
The judiciary is utterly powerless when manipulated by cunning psychopaths.

My lawyer is preparing a lawsuit against the State of Austria, and I enclose the preparatory brief with my letter. Here, he unequivocally states that the judiciary in Innsbruck is clearly protecting the Innsbruck-based bank and my ex-husband.
Court proceedings were conducted without me even receiving a summons, let alone being granted the right to be heard. Such actions cannot be tolerated and contradict all principles of the rule of law in a European country. The sworn graphologists’ statements range from 80% forged to 80% genuine, with some even in between. One can choose what to believe. Perhaps it would help to consider that a power of attorney under the known circumstances makes no sense whatsoever. Giving an unrestricted power of attorney to a spouse during a divorce is akin to financial suicide. I see no other logical explanation for the situation.
The Austrian Association for Victims of Judicial Miscarriages has filed criminal charges against xxx with the Economic and Corruption Prosecutor’s Office in Vienna. I have been informed that various other investigations are already underway against different individuals.
Before Christmas, I reached out to your Federal President, requesting the dismissal of the criminal case against me and providing all the evidence that, in my eyes, clearly explains the connections. These were forwarded to the Ministry of Justice, as I was informed. However, I only received a standard response stating that the handling of the circumstances must be left to the courts and the prosecutor’s office in Innsbruck.
I find this extremely questionable.
Further complicating the quest for truth is the fact that my ex-husband works as a court expert at the Innsbruck Regional Court, and his brother is a German diplomat.
I never wanted this mudslinging. My ex-husband is still the father of my children, whom I urgently wish to protect. Now, the limit of what I can and will endure has been reached. Enough is enough!
I turn to you in this fiasco, asking for your help.
Such abuse of power through all instances cannot be possible in a democracy in 2022.
