“There is now only one last chance for a solution for both of us and the children. Consensual and mutual immediate resolution of the marital crisis for the sake of our children, our marriage, and our family. Immediate termination of the mandate of your lawyer from Frankfurt. Saving our marriage and our family and starting anew together, so that we both do not lose face. Honorable return of you home to xxx without accusations, without hatred, and without fear, under fair and equitable conditions. Or a battle through courts and instances over the next years with a complete examination of your entire medical history, high costs for both parties, and losers on both sides. It is now solely up to you. Please decide wisely and carefully! What comes after is irreversible.”

“I acknowledge that you are resistant to advice, and you have clearly chosen the wrong path. Therefore, you must be aware of the further consequences of your behavior. Chaos and devastation reign with you. You have no job, no housing, and leave the children to fend for themselves many hours a day. You are neglecting their schooling and deliberately keeping them away from a German school. Thus, through your pathological impulsive actions, you are causing our three children to academically fail completely. If instead you were to send the children back to xxx, you would enter the urgently needed inpatient psychosomatic treatment yourself, which would only be beneficial for everyone involved.”

(After my ex-husband’s five forensic psychiatric examinations, joint custody was revoked from him. All three of my children completed their Abitur and are now successful students.)
In many cases I experience, unfortunately, psychopaths skillfully manipulate key participants in the process, such as experts, procedural representatives, and so on.
Psychopathic individuals give no thought to the fact that their lies cannot be proven in court. They shout them out, and something always sticks, following the motto: Where there’s smoke, there’s fire.
