The case of #Gustl_Mollath casts a long shadow over UniCredit Bank.

The Mollath case represented a new, outrageous dimension of scandal. For the first time, violence was used to silence someone.

Dr. Wilhelm Schlötterer: Staatsverbrechen – Der Fall Mollath

Certainly, my case is smaller in scale, but the basic principle works here as well: potentially corrupt bank employees at the UniCredit branch on Museumsstrasse in Innsbruck (my letter to the UniCredit headquarters in Munich informing them about the events in Innsbruck was never answered), the suspicion of bias within the Innsbruck judiciary (my ex-husband works as a court expert at the Innsbruck Regional Court), and the key witness being silenced best through criminal charges (this is the nth criminal charge against me by my ex-husband). And it also involves a few million euros.

I am not in a psychiatric institution. But if I travel to Austria, I will be arrested. Then I will be convicted of serious fraud because Prosecutor P. has already convicted me without ever conducting an investigation or delving into the entire story. If she did, she would quickly realize that this construct is completely nonsensical, utterly absurd, and baseless. That is why she does not hand over the case to Germany. She would likely cover herself with the shame of failure. And then all the illegal entanglements of my ex-husband with UniCredit in Innsbruck would come to light. This is what they want to avoid.

Of course, my ex-husband also tried to portray me as mentally unfit. He tirelessly claims that I have been mentally ill since childhood, a borderline personality, a danger to myself and my environment, especially to my children. And if not that, then at least an alcoholic, but certainly an incredibly good liar! Surely, something must be found! This label is, like many known labels, very convenient. For ex-wives who know too much or vice versa. Just as Gustl Mollath’s ex-wife claimed she was abused.

Stereotypes are always good for shaping opinions. Especially in court.

After having to undergo countless examinations by various psychiatrists and psychologists in the custody battle, after being observed for months by the youth welfare office, and after at least 15 misguided police interventions – my ex-husband was stripped of joint custody.

A circumstance that is not very common in Germany.

I am still being slandered, denounced, and intimidated. After the psychological angle was not feasible, he tried to label me as a cold-hearted liar and fraudster. Another possible category for ex-wives. Prosecutor P. immediately seized upon this.

Please tell her that if she withdraws the lawsuit against UniCredit, I will withdraw the criminal charges
against her.

Neither of these stereotypes is my reality. I only realized far too late what kind of man I was married to for many years. I didn’t want to leave my comfort zone. I looked away, always made excuses for him, covered up all the strange stories. And above all, I ignored my gut feeling.

I only left him when it was already too late. Much too late.

Psychopaths are the social monsters of our time. Those who are married to a psychopath or share children with one often experience the full spectrum of psychopathic behavioral patterns, from humiliation and narcissism to psychological and physical violence. Particularly in court, psychopaths attempt to deploy their manipulation techniques with great effect.

In the general public, this clinical profile has become quite well-known. The ZEIT publishes weekly commentaries and articles on narcissism and psychopathy.

Only in court? This topic seems completely foreign there..

No one who hasn’t been caught in the whirlpool of manipulation and desire for destruction themselves can believe or even begin to understand this.

When dealing with psychopaths, it’s no longer about facts. They are capable of acting in such audacious and provocative ways to assert their interests that government officials are blinded by their manipulations and displayed feigned concern, even closing their eyes to documented acts of violence. The greatest actual weakness of psychopathic characters becomes their greatest strength here: their ruthlessness and lack of empathy and compassion.
