Why am I only now addressing the public? The answer is quite simple. I just wanted compensation from UniCredit Bank in Austria and an apology for the misconduct of some employees at the branch on Museumsstrasse, Innsbruck. A very modest sum, similar to a symbolic amount. Not even peanuts for a bank.
I did not want a mudslinging match. I have no interest in going public. I just wanted symbolic justice and finally my peace, for myself and for my children. I am happily remarried and have left the marriage with a psychopath far behind me. I do not seek revenge; he is still the father of my children – all of that is far from my mind.
But now I have no other choice. A democratic country like Austria cannot afford a possible abuse of power by the economy and judiciary in the year 2022.
I did not expect this bank’s misconduct to be taken lightly through all instances (Regional Court – Higher Regional Court) up to the Supreme Court in Vienna. I was completely baffled that court proceedings at the Innsbruck Regional Court could take place without me (I did not even receive a summons), without my lawyer, and without the second court expert as a witness, and that my written submissions were not read. Isn’t that one of the cornerstones of democracy – the right to be heard?
The verdict was probably decided before the hearing. Such a farce.
Farce: (1) Theater: a rough comedic play, a filler piece between plays. (2)… (3) metaphorically: a ridiculous thing or scene, nonsense, a process that failed due to an inappropriate approach or a devalued or devaluing process.
I can’t find a better description for the events at the courts in Innsbruck.
Judge Dr. Z. at the Regional Court and later Dr. H. at the Higher Regional Court in Innsbruck were probably already in agreement from the start – a troublemaker like me must be eliminated. I am the easiest to get rid of.
Does an individual stand a chance against such a powerful bank, such a powerful judiciary?
I least expected that Prosecutor P., after my ex-husband filed a criminal complaint against me (?!?), would turn the tables, let all the perpetrators go free, focus on the smallest cog in the machine, and reinterpret all truths with different signs. Attack as defense has always been a proven war strategy.
The clear evidence of the suspected corruption of UniCredit in Innsbruck and my ex-husband, which I presented to her, was simply ignored (even though it is legally provable) and the powerful prosecutor charges me! This must finally come to an end! Enough is enough!
Additionally, I did not anticipate the methods of court graphologist F., who neither adheres to the valid rules of graphologists nor with the second court graphologist Prof. G., who persistently refused to recognize and consider the overall context. He prefers to keep himself politically neutral. The number of court graphologists is manageable, they know each other. Yet even this second report should have prompted UniCredit to pay compensation, as the authenticity of the signature cannot be conclusively proven.
There are experts who claim that the art market consists of 50% forgeries. That’s a whole lot.
So much for the topic.
When judges who have never seen me (I was not invited to any of these ‘events’) claim that I am not credible and do not even bother to include my lawyer’s submissions in the file, simply ignoring my evidence, then I feel my democratic fundamental rights as a European citizen are being violated.
That is why I am only now addressing the public:
Abuses of power by institutions and the judiciary must come to an end. This can only happen through information and support from the public.
Enough is enough.
