The futility of address notification blocks.

Dear Ms. S. from the Residents’ Registration Office,

For a total of 8 years, Ms. xxx has been using the means of a registration block for the purposes of child abduction, fraud, and creditor protection, under the completely false pretense of a fabricated threat scenario that never existed. The fact is, Ms. xxx has been suffering from Borderline Syndrome for decades and therefore cannot distinguish between fiction and reality. It is probably unprecedented in German administrative bureaucracy that with deceitfully obtained and long outdated and invalid certificates, Ms. xxx repeatedly succeeds in obtaining a permanent registration block over so many years with fraudulent intent.

The case of Ms. xxx was even addressed by the Petitions Committee of the Bavarian State Parliament in the year xx. The fact is that Ms. xxx should never have come into possession of a pre-judgmental and stigmatizing certificate. By widely spreading unjustly obtained certificates, Ms. xxx has caused massive reputational damage that was never objectively justified. Ms. xxx is a brazen perpetrator and has never been a victim at any time.

I hereby request the immediate removal of the registration block because it is being used to conceal fraudulent activities and for the creditor protection of Ms. xxx, and it is being abused as a means of permanent child abduction. This side has known the residential address since May xxx.
