• The Regional Court in Innsbruck is evidently protecting UniCredit Bank in Innsbruck, even though the evidence is in my favor?
• The judge at the Regional Court in Innsbruck demonstrably spoke untruths?
• The judge at the Regional Court in Innsbruck demonstrably did not summon the witnesses?
• The courts in Innsbruck conducted no evidence collection?
• The hearing at the Regional Court in Innsbruck should never have been conducted without me and my lawyer – mandatory legal representation?
• The Higher Regional Court ‘freely interpreted’ the flawed judgment of the Regional Court and also conducted no evidence collection?
• Expert F. acted contrary to all rules for sworn court graphologists?
